New Loves...
OMG... I've been so MIA. I will be posting some wedding pix as soon as I get the files. The wedding was over 2 months ago but I'm still recovering :-) It's been a crazy but fun start to 2012.
This year I decided that I need to take better care of myself... I will be hitting the big 3-0 come next January so I need to start watching what I eat, squeezing in more exercise time, and taking care of my skin, hair, & health in general.
I've always loved LC (Lauren Conrad) of Laguna Beach & The Hills. She's just naturally pretty! She has clear, healthy skin and I love her hair! Anyway, I found out that she has a website http://www.laurenconrad.com/ and a beauty site http://thebeautydepartment.com/. I love reading all her beauty & fashion tips.
I have been neglecting my hair lately and it's been looking super shabby. No shine, no body, and tons of multiple split ends and when I say multiple I mean one strand split in 5 different places! GROSS! Even my hairdresser scolded me and told me I should just chop all my hair off and start all over :-( Thanks to Lauren Conrad I found out that there are products out there to help save my poor locks. Here are two products that I now absolutely LOVE! My hair is back to being silky soft and now has a beautiful shine and glow... it even smells wonderful!
1) Healthy Sexy Hair soy tri-wheat leave in conditioner
Spray it on as soon as you get out of the shower so you don't have to worry about tangles when you blow dry :)
2) Moroccan Oil Treatment (a little pricey but well worth it)
